Returns and Exchange Policy




RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED IN-PERSON AT ANY OF OUR GIRL SCOUT GCNWI STORE LOCATIONS.

Valid items* can be exchanged or returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund via the original payment method with receipt or invoice.
Valid items without a receipt are available for an even-exchange only. No refunds or credits will be issued.

 

EXCLUSIONS:

  • Clearance and Joliet outlet merchandise are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Dated item returns or exchanges will only be accepted through the date of the item.
  • Merchandise purchased from GSUSA, or other councils are even-exchange-only if the items are carried by a GSGCNWI shop. Refunds or credits will NOT be issued for merchandise purchased outside of GSGCNWI shops.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Pre-assembled, customized items, andspecial-order patches are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Returns to credit cards may take 48+ hours to post back to your credit card account and must be returned to the original credit card. Variance from this policy may result in a delay or cancellation of your refund.
  • Free-with-purchase items must be surrendered if any of the purchased items are returned.

*VALID ITEMS:

  • Must be new, unwashed, or unworn with original tags and packaging.
  • Must be currently in our GSGCNWI inventory.
  • Must be purchased from a GSGCNWI shop or our online shop.

To complete your refund or exchange by mail, please email us at customercare@girlscoutsgcnwi.org with a list of the items you would like to return for confirmationand mailing information. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees for returns mailed back to the shop. 

Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana reserves the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.
