Returns & Exchanges
While our stores are closed you are able to make returns and exchanges two ways:
You may mail your return or exchange back to us. Please send us an email at SHOPGS@girlscoutsgcnwi.org letting us know what you are returning and what you need to exchange it for and we will provide the shipping address. Once we have received your items we will call you to process the return by phone.
BY CURBSIDE PICKUP:
You may also make returns or exchanges during our curbside pickup dates. Please send us an email at SHOPGS@girlscoutsgcnwi.org letting us know what you are returning and what you need to exchange it for, along with the location and drop-off date and time (all curbside dates and times can be found on our contact us page). The store will be ready for you to drop off your items. We will then call you to refund you over the phone once we receive your items.
*Please note curbside pickup locations will not have access to additional inventory or a register so they are not able to edit or complete returns or exchanges on site. Requests for exchanges must be made no later than 5 days prior to the pickup date to ensure we can get the merchandise to the location for pickup.
Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana accepts in-shop returns and exchanges for Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana merchandise purchased both in-store and online. Visit our Shop Locator to find a shop near you.
