• Girl Scouts GCNWI will send you an email on your birthday. 
• You have 30 days after your birthday to pick up your patch and redeem your coupon at your local gathering place retail shop.
• One birthday patch per person, per visit, per year.
• Birthday patches are not available for shipping nor can they be picked up in bulk for multiple girls in a troop.
• A screenshot or printout of the birthday email must be shared with a Girl Scout Customer Care Sales Associate when you pick up your birthday patch.

• To receive the FREE birthday patch, purchase cannot include Girl Scout cookies.
• The 10% discount is not available on uniforms, insignia, badges, starter kits, camper kits, Build-A-Bear, Girl Scout cookies, gift cards, or tickets.
