Typical processing time is 48 hours. During peak times processing may take an additional 48-72 hours. This processing time is in addition to the posted shipping length.

If merchandise is out of stock and expected to arrive within 3 business days, your order will be held and completed once the out-of-stock items have arrived.

If merchandise is expected to take longer than 3 days, your order will be shipped with a note regarding back ordered items. If that item is in stock at another location it will be noted if it is shipping separately. If there will be an extended timeline for a backorder item, you will be notified with further information.
